1. NO WARRANTY

AUTO MAIL SENDER BIRTHDAY EDITION IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

2. Distribution of the Free edition

You may copy the Free edition of this software and documentation as you wish, and give exact copies of the original Free edition to anyone, and distribute the Free edition of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not charge or requesting donations for any such copies however made and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products without the author's written permission.
3. Licenses Introduction

AMSBE provides the following licenses for your choice, please choose the appropriate license to meet your requirement.

* Free license is licensed to anybody. No any functional limitation, but you can only create/import up to 6 contacts and 6 employees (for trial purpose). And it has a short self-recommendation ad at the end of your wishes.

* Personal licenses are licensed to yourself only. No any functional limitation, and the number of contacts that can be created/imported is limited by your license type (see the sub licenses on the order page). They also allow you to create/import up to 6 employees for trial purpose.

* Commercial licenses are licensed to your organization only. No any functional limitation, and the number of contacts that can be created/imported is limited by your business size (see the sub licenses on the order page). They also allow you to create/import up to 6 employees for trial purpose.

* Enterprise licenses are licensed to your organization only. No any functional limitation, and the number of employees that can be created/imported is limited by your organization size (see the sub licenses on the order page). They also allow you to create/import up to 6 contacts for trial purpose.

* Introduction
1) If you decide to use a non-free license, you should pay the license fee to upgrade Free license to other higher license.
2) This product is licensed to people, NOT computers. That is, you (individual) can use the Personal licenses on your own PCs; your organization members can use the Commercial or Enterprise licenses on your own PCs in your organization.
3) Your license will never expire, you can use it forever in your maximal version. The maximal version is depended on your choice of the upgrades package.
4) IMPORTANT NOTICE: your license key is stored in our server side, so, if you refunded/charged back your payment, or placed a fraudulent order, you will lose your license always.
5) Except these clauses, there is no any restriction on software use for each license.
